1.Determination of oil

Testing principle

according toHJ970-2018 standard, under the condition of pH ≤ 2, the oil substances in the sample are extracted by n-hexane. The extraction solution is dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, and then adsorbed by magnesium silicate to remove polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils. The absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 225 nm, and the petroleum content and absorbance value comply with Lambert Beer's law.
